Rod Best has been in the Christian music scene for over 30 years. His work has involved training and developing of singers, musicians and worship leaders towards excellence, both in what they do and in pursuit of a heart after God. He has also been involved in music arrangments for small stage band through to large orchestras, direction of major musical productions and song composition. Over the past few years, Rod has recorded three original Praise and Worship Albums "Times of Refreshing", "Lord I Give You Praise" and "Wings Of The Wind", and has produced a number of albums for various artists. Rod has studied in Jazz Improvisation and Advanced Arranging, and has an associate diploma in Jazz improvisation on keyboard.
